| RETURN POLICY If the piece arrives damaged we must be notified within 7 days. Any damaged items will be replaced at no charge to you. You can return any product but it must be done within 15 days of receipt, no exceptions. In addition, please note a $20 restocking fee will apply to any exchange, refund or return. NO EXECPTIONS! Please keep original packaging material ! Returns must be sent in original box and package in original manner so no damage occurs during shipment. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number for any return at Returns@ACECatFurniture.com Do not return any product for any reason without first contacting ACE Cat Furniture for proper shipping address and instructions. Returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for return shipping costs) in the complete original packaging and we only refund non-used products. It is not a problem if you have already assembled the product. Please insure your return. If it is damaged on return and not insured we can not refund your purchase!!! Please know it is very important that you clearly print your name and address on the box, otherwise we will not know who to refund. The receipt of your return does not automatically guarantee a refund. Contact us if there is any breakage. You are covered for 6 months (under normal use).
